These mindful meet-ups last 30-45 minutes and offer a chance to ground ourselves in the present moment. During our walk, we focus on each step, noticing the sensation of feet meeting ground and the body's natural movement. We pay attention to physical sensations, thoughts, and emotions as they arise, helping us stay fully present. Through a steady pace and balanced awareness between relaxation and alertness, we develop a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and connection to our surroundings.
The meet-up location for these walks will be in the Mansion Garden.
